Looking to lift your kick just enough to put some larger meats on?
Suzuki Sidekick lift kit. 1.5 inch.
Kit includes 4 UHMW coil spacers, 2 strut spacers, shock extenders, and hardware.
Easy to install, these coil spacers are constructed of UHMW polyethylene, wont rust or squeak like steel spacers. These are made from scratch for the
Sidekick, they are not a spacer for another application modified.
Also comes with our Strut Spacers, which we combine with the coil spacer in order to not over extend the stock strut on the front axle.
Also a bolt in shock relocation bracket for the rear axle.

SIDE-SLK-015

Parts included:
4 Poly Coil Spacers
2 Strut Spacers
6 Allen Head Bolts/Nylocks
2 Shock Relocation Brackets

To install the 4 coil spacers it is recommended you have a coil spring compressor, mainly for the front coils. Support vehicle safely, a vehicle lift with proper stands is recommended. You will need to remove the rear shocks while supporting rear axle, lower rear axle until coil springs drop from coil buckets. Install spacer on top of coil spring, raise axle and reinstall shocks. If you have opted for the SIDE-SLK-001 and have rear shock relocation brackets, you may wish to remove stock brackets and install new mounts. Welding is required. Simply remove stock brackets, position new mounts in line with shocks, weld on to axle. Stitch welding is recommended. The shocks are the limiting factor for the rear coils staying in there position. The rear of the vehicle is done.
Front of the vehicle is A arm suspension, each side will be installed one at a time. There should be no force on the A arm, it should be hanging freely, coil spring should be loose in its bucket. Support A arm, remove strut, remove 3 studs that hold it to the strut tower in preparation for new strut spacer hardware, see strut spacer instructions below. With strut removed lower a arm so coil falls loose from bucket. Use spring compressor to compress coil enough to install new coil spacer at top of coil. Uncompress coil, install strut spacer, reinstall strut. The strut is what limit¦s the front suspension from over travel.

Suzuki Sidekick Strut Spacer Instructions.

First you must support the vehicle safely. 3 jack stands are recommended, one on each side behind the wheels and 1 in the middle of the vehicle. Next apply light pressure to outer spindles to allow the strut to compress slightly, enough so it is not holding the a arms from drooping. Removal of tires and wheels is highly recommended. Remove strut 12mm nuts, drop axle enough to get strut out of strut tower. Compress strut by pressing down on the top portion. Remove from strut tower pulling outward, this will pull your spindle out as well, be sure brake lines do not bind. You will now have to grind down the stock Suzuki studs and drill centers to 3/8ths of an inch. Now install spacer, at very top of strut, install bolts bottom up. Install strut back in strut tower, this can be tricky, we use some duct tape to hold bolts in place until we get nuts on the top of them. You will need to hold the bottom with an alen wrench, tighten ny-lock until firm, repeat to other side. When finished your struts should be dropped 1.5 inch¦s, and you will be able to articulate more on droop.
