The "BTF Rockwell 2 1/2 Ton 4-Link Towers (Front)" is simply the easiest way to link a Rockwell axle.The tower bodies and lower link tabs of this assembly are laser cut from 3/8" high-strength steel plate.The towers and lower tabs have 9/16" bolt holes for both upper and lower link attachment points. These brackets were designed to be used with 1" or 1 1/4" rod ends with high-misalignment spacers or flex-joints. They provide 11" of vertical separation of the links for use with the largest of tires. The "towers" consist of 6 pieces that fit together using slots and can be welded-out of the fab table.You then sit the towers on the square axle tube and space them apart to the desired distance.That is all it takes to install these "towers".The brackets are setup so that the upper links will be close to parallel and the lower links will triangulate in to converge in a link mounting system somewhere below the transfer case output shaft.We updated our design to separate the lower link mounts from the towers.We found by doing this we could get more triangulation in the lower links by not having the towers in the way of your coil over shocks.
