The "BTF Toyota 8" Rear Truss System" is the perfect product for anyone looking to build a link suspension. The truss system was designed on state of the art 3D CAD software for a perfect fit part. The main body of the truss is laser cut from a 1/4" high-strength steel plate. The parts are then formed on a CNC press brake. The truss ties into the diff cover provided with the kit for extra strength. The four link tabs provided with the kit are laser cut from 5/16" plate with 1/2" holes. The tabs weld to the top of the 1/4" thick link mounting pad provided in the kit. The kit includes: diff cover, truss body, link mounting pad and 4 upper link tabs. This is a weld-on kit.Only an experienced welder should attempt to install this system.
