The "BTF Jeep TJ/YJ Front Bumper with D-Ring Mounts" is laser cut from high strength steel and precision formed on a CNC press brake. This bumper is not made from simple "box tube". The bumper body is constructed from 3/16" thick steel splate and measure 42 1/4" wide to the ends. It bolts into the 6 factory bolt holes on the top and bottom of the frame. Our front bumpers are now offered exclusively with our logo (BTF) laser cut into the middle of the bumper. No drilling is required to install this bumper. The bumper is shipped in bare metal.
