Step one:
Buy enough weld on bead locks and fasteners for your truck and spare if needed.
Step two:
Gather and use proper safety equipment....Gloves, face shield...etc.
Step three:
Be sure to clean up the inside ring edges with a grinder. This will help reduce the sharpness of the inside edge.

Step four:
Put a bevel on both outer edges. This will help the ring seat into the rim and give you a good valley to weld in.

Step five:
Using a flapper wheel, or something similar, clean the paint off the rim where you will be welding.
Step six:
Making sure the valve stem relief in the inner ring is lined up with the valve stem hole in the rim, center and clamp the inner ring and rim together.

Step seven:
Weld inner ring to rim. Make sure weld is air tight. If there is a hole in the weld you will have a leak.
Step eight:
Grind weld smooth and make sure outer edge of rim is smooth and deburred.

Step twelve:
Insert valve stem now. Place inside bead on rim. (If you are using tires with a directional tread pattern, be sure to have them facing the proper direction!)

Step thirteen:
Using Silicone, place a bead between tire and inner ring, set outer bead on inner ring. Put a bead of silicone where the inside of the tire's bead meats the inner ring (Like caulking a tub)
Step Fourteen:
Prep, Prime and paint outer ring.
Step fifteen:
Place outer ring onto the tire and insert a bolt, washer and nut in the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock position. Make sure tire is centered on the rim! Tighten bolts to 10 FT. LBS.
Install remaining bolts using the same procedure. Be sure to continue tightening all bolts till all bolts are torqued between 10 and 15 FT. LBS. You will need to make several passes before this can be accomplished. You might need to find some help if your arms get tired... I managed to find this father daughter team!

Step sixteen:
Crack open a beer....you are done!
